Cull Jordan, III is a native of Monroe, North Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree in History from Wingate University and earned his Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law. After graduating from law school, Cull moved to Fayetteville in 2001 to accept his first job in the Cumberland County District Attorney's office. After prosecuting cases in the District Attorney's office for several years, Cull was offered a position in a private law firm. He was later invited to rejoin the District Attorney's office; an offer which he kindly accepted. He later joined Smith, Dickey & Dempster, P.A. in 2008 and has since been made a partner. Cull has years of experience both prosecuting and defending cases in District and Superior Court. He has a keen knowledge of criminal and traffic law that was developed through his time in the District Attorney's office, which has been furthered by his practical experience in managing day-to-day clients. He believes that whenever a person is dealing with a potentially life changing event that is intimidating as the court system, it is important to have an attorney with a "straightforward," and "common sense" approach. Cull will skillfully guide his clients through the legal process while making sure that their rights are protected and that they are not mishandled by the court system. Having previously been a prosecutor he also is aware that certain decisions that are made in the courtroom can impact the rest of your life and that it's important to have an attorney that can protect your present and future interests.
